Methi Parathas

Thepla is a dish prepared with fenugreek leaves, and flour. Great with pickles, idle for lunchbox !

1 Fenugreek Leaves Medium sized bunch Cleaned and finely chopped
2 Oil 2 tablespoons
3 Wheat flour 2 cups  
4 Gram flour 2 tablespoons  
5 Chillie powder 1 teaspoon  
6 Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon  
7 Salt to taste  
8 Oil For frying  
9 Curd 1 cup Beaten
Preparation
  1. Mix the first seven ingredients finely.
  2. Prepare the dough with curd, add water if needed.
  3. Make small dumplings, and flatten them to make round shaped parathas.
  4. Roast them on tava, with applying little oil on both side.
  5. Serve them with pickles. This dish can be stored for a day or two.
