Plain Potato Bhaji

Unique dry curry to eat with rotis or poories. Can be used for breakfast, or when travelling.

1 Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
2 Salt To taste
3 Potatoes 2 medium size Cooked, peeled, and mashed
4 Green Chillies 3 or 4 Cut into small slices
5 Oil 1/2 tablespoon
6 Mustard Seeds 1/2 teaspoon  
7 Coriander Leaves 1 stalk  
8 Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon  
9 Lemon 1/4  
Preparation
  1. Cook the potato, peel, and mash lightly, do not make it in a paste form.
  2. In a heavy bottomed vessel, heat oil, add the mustard seeds, and wait till they sputter.
  3. Add the cumin seeds,  green chillies, and fry them.
  4. Add the turmeric powder fry it. Add the potatoes, and salt, mix well.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over it, remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with poories, or rotis.
