Preparation
- Cook the potato, peel, and mash lightly, do not make it in a paste form.
- In a heavy bottomed vessel,
heat oil, add the mustard seeds, and wait till they sputter.
- Add the
cumin seeds, green chillies, and fry them.
- Add the turmeric powder
fry it. Add the potatoes, and salt, mix well.
- Squeeze the lemon juice
over it, remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with
poories, or rotis.
